The company where I work has programs which specifically cater to hiring, developing, and promoting minorities. All of this is being done in the name of “inclusion”. We no longer reward people based on actual work performance but do it based on the color of their skin or gender. How is this not discrimination??

They’re white when it benefits them (which is never these days) and a “minority” when being white is a disadvantage.
