I think his interview of denying he suddenly shot him was when he was tipped off this was all coming.

He had emails and messages with the armorer that he wanted a bigger gun.

Way too late. Anything incriminating has been deleted. They might as well not bother at this point now that it's almost two months later. fricking Keystone Cops.

Everything electronic is stored in Utah, dude. They can find it if they have the right warrants and WANT to look for it.

Search warrant isn’t to browse his phone it’s to access information before and after that day.
He can delete all he wants, it would be dumb of him. So he’s probably done it.
