I didn't say it was. I've already said I think everyone who has been involved in riotous behavior should be prosecuted. That includes the people who stormed the capitol on 01/06 as well as all those involved in similar behavior across the country last year. I believe in law and order, not chaos. I didn't condone it when BLM and others were doing it, and I didn't condone it when the people who ran around in the capitol were doing it either.
So just because I think it's wrong they let people go elsewhere doesn't mean I think they should just let everyone go. Yes, I do agree that prosecuting one group of people and not others is clearly rooted in politic warfare, and yes that is wrong. But do I feel sorry for people who rushed into the capitol on 01/06 being prosecuted? No, I don't. Those people knew what they were doing was wrong and did it anyways.

That sentence is completely out of line with the progressive mentality on locking up non-violent criminals. I wonder why?
