At this point who gives a shite if Biden packs the courts? Clearly they’re just another weapon for the left like CNN and the 3 letter agencies.

There is no United States anymore... time to break it up. We can trade textiles and soy, and form a loose military coalition to hold off China for about 5 years.

Hate to say it, but it's true. They're all pretty liberal.

I don’t mind other than we shouldn’t help the liberal area. Let China have them and then we finish both off

What decisions or votes by ACB and kav do you consider liberal?

Not necessarily liberal, but their refusal to even hear cases on electoral fraud smacks of DC swamp creature and the left holds the keys to that world.

Liberal - anyone who understands and correctly applies the law, rather than examining every issue through the lens of “what is best for Donald Trump”

Liberal is being generous as to who these people are.

Exhibit “a” in the case as to why so-called conservatives always lose. They take pride in their perceived ability to evaluate facts and “correctly” apply the law. Meanwhile, the “Wise Latina” and all the other progs in the federal judiciary keep advancing their agenda and issuing rulings based on their destructive ideology.

Probably more about self preservation than liberal vs conservative. No standing? I don't know. But not taking up after an inauguration? What if they found that the election was fraudulent? You think they are going to rule on kicking out a sitting President*? I believe they were afraid to delve into. I think I saw where Clarence dissented but is scared of nothing and nobody. Hell, he wants to retire anyway.

The Supreme Court, just like everyone else in the country, knows the election was fraudulent. They don’t want to open that can of worms.

I don't understand why it is so hard for these bozos in black robes to just follow the US Constitution. It isn't complicated.

Thomas is a man of integrity. The rest of them can't carry his water.

Trumpism failed essentially because you can’t run a country on bluster and alpha grunts. It might feel good, but feelings don’t hold up against institutions hundreds of years old.

Eventually you have to let some smart people in the room, and those damn smart people are always going to put the tradition of the institution and the approval of their peers ahead of the political ideology that got them to that point.

It’s why Trump’s post-election legal team was such an embarrassment when Bush had the absolute best in Bush vs Gore.

They're not necesssarily liberal but most of them have been comprimised in some way and are therefore puppets now.

It's weird how you mention Trump. If you read Thomas' dissent, he clearly says that not hearing the case is bad for all Americans. How long does TDS last? Is it a lifetime affliction?

Since the SC is often split, then obviously not even the top judges in the country all understand and correctly apply the law. How do you determine which group is doing it right? You just go with the majority, follow the crowd? Whichever lets you be the contrarian?

When a state seeks to alter its voting and counting methods outside the prescribed manner set forth by the legislature, you damn well better believe the highest court in the land should step in.
