Do Democrats and Republicans unite as one big anti-MAGA/anti-Trump party if DJT somehow returns to the White House? I really don't see him being effective should he become POTUS #47. I'm sure he'll have some allies in Congress, but will they be enough to stave off the UniParty? What say you?

The president isn't completely powerless even if everyone in congress is against him

He'll most likely be arrested sometime before the election to prevent him from running anyway. I would have thought would have done it already but It's possible they are waiting to let him create as much chaos in the R party as possible before snatching him up. Perhaps that way the different factions of the conservatives will hate each other to the point of having Trump arrested wont even be enough to pull them all back together.
Trump will not get back into the white house, The swamp has made that much clear.

Perhaps, but I think also the Republican Party has gravely damaged itself in the meantime. However, I think they truly relish being the minority party as long as the donations keep rolling in...which, apparently, they're not these days.

I have seen this posted before. How exactly would an arrest keep him from running?
The constitution says a presidential candidate must be a natural born citizen of the United States, a resident for 14 years, and 35 years of age or older.
There is no other requirements. Any requirement set as federal law would be unconstitutional. If people want other restrictions to be made it would have to be done via amendment.
I am no lawyer but dont see how an arrest could keep him from running.
