CNN going all in on this. I know they’re not fans of history, but the military was a big part of declaring independence from Britain.
Battles aren’t won with the pen.
It’s easy to tell who goes into something like this with an open mind and who goes in wanting to hate it.

Wrong war.
It's perfectly reasonable to separate the Declaration of Independence from the war and use this day to celebrate union and liberty. I prefer to honor veterans on November 11th, and those who fell in battle on the last Monday of May.
...and Old Glory on June 14th.

Did they have a really liberal veteran on there, to talk about how horrible it is to celebrate our military? Because CNN and MSNBC sometimes have one on...and then the other panelists pretend the really liberal veteran is a representation of all veterans.

MSDNC had some ex military officer who was shocked at the blatant misuse of America’s uniformed soldiers and the gross display of military hardware. The bobble head panel all were bobbing their heads in agreement. Lol!
