According to the lawsuit filed by attorney Robert Klingler, Foreman used portions of the recordings of the search to create music videos, social media videos and for commercial use to sell products and promote his music.

Foreman posted a music video on YouTube using clips of the surveillance captured of the raid. The video was titled Will You Help me Repair my Door? The lawsuit cites Instagram posts of the rapper using the deputies' faces and likenesses while talking about his music.

The lawsuit states that the deputies have been subject to ridicule, threats and loss of reputation due to the posts. The deputies are seeking damages for profits made from the material created using their likeness as well as damages for invasion of privacy, damages for emotional distress, embarrassment, ridicule, loss of reputation, attorney's fees and expenses.
