Rand Paul

Is more of a conservative than any Republican politician in the post 9-11 era save his father. His opposition to some of Trump's policies have nothing to do with personal animus or enmity, but an actual principled set of beliefs. Hell Trump gets along better with Rand than anyone else in Congress knowing that they have diverging views on a host of issues.

.... is a Libertarian.

Not the same thing as a RINO.

He’s a Conservative Libertarian at that.

Looks like chief justice Roberts is joining the list -- if not worse.

You know 2 of the 4 are private citizens now I’m sure, don’t you? Get a new list please because there are many more.

Well you could say the same thing about Mitt Romney and Paul Ryan too.

The difference with Rand is that when he opposes Trump, he's not doing it to be a virtue-signaling, spineless cuck. He actually wants to change the entire way government is run.

I like Rand, but the guy needs to take some charisma classes or something.

Not even close to being a RINO.

frick Will Hurd. He needs to just come out as a Dem. The stories of he and Beto traveling across TX as "friends across the aisle" make me want to gag.

Was in school when Will Hurd was running for SBP.

I mean, look at this toolbag. He has a very punchable face.

Also, AK senator Murkowski. If you have given the libs something to hold over you and sway your vote, you are just as bad if not worse, than being a RINO.

During the tax bill he said he met with Trump and discussed a couple of things he did not like and could we meet halfway. He said "Im not one of those guys who wants to hold a bill for ransom to get some pork for my district", I told him Id meet halfway if he could budge a little and Im in. Thats how its supposed to work.

And to your point, while Trump was laying into flake and some of the others, they baited him on Paul and he said he respected his position and they were working on it.

Still disagree with him on the EO.

One of these is not like the other. Rand has a strong backbone and serious conservative bonefieds. If we had more Rand Paul's, Trump wouldn't need to do that bullshite "emergency declaration" because we'd never be in a mess like this. Rand actually believes in limited government and the Constitution, which is more than anyone can say about the rest of that names on that list.
