What is all this BS I am reading about the Army QB and rape allegations being covered up so he could play today. Who started this BS?

I went to the academy, given the current #metoo climate and the military's hyper-zealous approach toward sexual assault I have no idea how this isn't happening more often. Poor guys are college age males and need a waiver signed in triplicate in front of a notary in order to have a relationship.

Sadly this is so true. According to today’s standards I know doubt would have been thrown in Leavenworth just due to my early 20s late teens persistence in pursuit of companionship.
It is a crazy, scary world.
