Our Marxist overlords have finally unapologetically shown their faces and are blatantly tearing the country down right before our eyes yet...

- the upper middle class stays silent because they have it made.
- The rest of the middle class stays silent because they are trying to survive.

Meanwhile the entire middle class is being siphoned of its wealth by the filthy rich and government at the top and the leeches at the bottom

And here we are capitulating to the useful idiots about masks that dont work showing how sheepish we really are

Our great grandparents would smack us all around if they were alive and in their primes

Don't think of this battle in terms of class warfare.

It is a battle for the preservation of western civilization.

The only thing that’ll change people being too comfortable to fight is real economic upheaval, which we will probably see within twenty years.

I literally said that in the OP. Thats the problem - we play not to lose while we are losing everything right before our eyes

We are like a football team down by 5 on the goal line with 1 minute left and a full set of downs kneeling the ball out

Those baws will lose everything in the next few years if they don't stand up now

You are exactly right - but the VAST majority of those with the western civilization mentality are in the middle class

This is a good analogy. If motivated and organized, we could win.

Honestly man after the last few weeks and watching the Corona cases spike and some of the restrictions be put back in place I think shite is going to get a lot worse as we head into the late summer early fall. More people are going to lose their jobs, there will be more rioting and destruction of property and historical monuments and there will be nothing like sports to distract us from the free-fall the country is in. All it takes is one person deciding they've had enough and opening fire on a group of "protesters" for this stuff to escalate.

I am fully expecting for this to happen and have been weapon shopping in recent weeks. Massive numbers of unemployed people coupled with huge amounts of animosity towards not even Trump but the government as a whole is a destructive combination of elements.

I have started spending my money more wisely in recent weeks, none of it going towards companies that openly hate me, saving as much as I can and spending what I should instead of what I can. The destruction of the middle class by elites is going to come home to bite these people in the arse, I am betting on that being sooner rather than later.

If this bullshite moves out of downtown areas and into residential neighborhoods- it ends. People will be in their pink polos and yoga pants going full militia.

I’m so scared for our country.

I pray every day that the wrath of God will fall upon the baby killers and those who are trying to destroy Christianity and our democratic Republic.

The problem is if you go first you lose everything and there is no indication anybody will have your back.

Go ahead, you first

Exactly the problem. We are a "me first" generation with no concept of a selfless corporate identity within a democratic framework.

This is why we will ultimately lose. We are selfish cowards. And when it is all said and done this generation will have to accept the responsibility before our grandchildren for letting it happen so we could "keep our jobs"

The problem with this assertion and if it ever comes to frutition is that it's extremely difficult to reel back in policies.

Obamacare
Social security
Medicaid/Medicare
Welfare

It's going to be a fricking painful painful few decades in the future because I believe over time people become numb and just say frick it to handouts.

We'll get our first taste with UBI.

A lot of things are in play right now to completely eradicate the middle class.
