My favorite is how white folks are supposed to treat black folks:

Option A: "We're going to treat black folks badly, because that's how we always did it in the South."

That's obviously racist.

Option B: "We're going to be extra nice to black people."

That's racist. You're singling out black people and, while perhaps well-intentioned, this is another form of racism.

Option C: "You know what? Dr. King was right. We're going to treat black people just like everyone else - we'll build a colorblind society."

That's racist.
