They would have preferred her stay in a vegetative state for the next 10 years rather than giving up that seat. Can’t wait to see the crazies lose their minds.

No, the media arm of the Democratic Party purposefully began lionizing her through her repeated health scares to build narratives like "a woman deserves to hold RBG's seat" or run cover for an extreme nominee under the guise of "a liberal should replace a liberal". Turns out they didn't need those (assuming the Senate confirms a Trump nom) but it still had cultural-political value.
There are plenty of people who respected her for her civil rights work long before she became a justice.

I've said this before...WHY does the left insist on relying on a single vote to sustain their most important "right"?
Any fool could see that this was possible: the changing from a 5-4 support to a 5-4 Against on abortion. If Abortion Rights TRULY was important to you, you should have taken your argument to the arena of ideas and gotten it codified. Not relied upon octogenarians to cling to their robes to 'protect this special right'.
This is yet another reason why I DESPISE a large Fed Gov. It should be of little real importance to us that he POTUS election is occurring and a SCOTUS appointment is being made. I don't mean it should not matter at all. But, it should be LESS important than what is happening Statewide and Locally than the fricktards playing musical chairs in DC.

Immigration? Legislative Branch abdicates legislation in favor of Judicial caveat.
Minority Rights like marriage, discrimination, etc.? Legislation severely lacking (some minor discrimination details which are usually more interpretation rules than actual law). Punt to the Judiciary.
Congress is just trying to stay out of controversy to protect their own job position and enjoy the high standard of living and prestige of being in Congress.

If she died while a Democrat was in the White House, RBG love fest would've lasted a day or 2 at most before all the focus was on what strong minority woman would take her place. The only reason they're fawning over her so much right now is because Trump gets to choose her replacement and it won't be a liberal.
