The Invasion will define Trump

I am one of the biggest Trump supporters around, and while I'm not blindly loyal, I think he has done great things considering he's had to fight off media, Hollywood, and establishment. With all that said, what he does about the Invasion will make or break him in my eyes. He cannot let them in! While I somewhat sympathize for some of these people this will set a precedent that will be continued for years to come. I truly don't understand why 100% of Americans don't feel this way, other than the Democrats wanting votes. Everyone damn well knows very very few of these immigrants will try to become citizens, and we will foot the bill. While I know the optics won't be good, he must not let them in. This, in no way, shape, or form is good for our country. Anyone who says different has alternative motives or just truly wants to watch America's demise.

The optics of people streaming across the border would sink the Democrats for a long long time.
Let them in, pick them up and then process them.

Trump is prepared to inflict some "tough illegal immigration love". Somebody has to do it. He doesn't mind picking up the bat.

I’d like to see a two pronged response:
1) Honduras, Mexico, et al: not a single penny sent until this caravan is turned back and disbanded. Mexico- you will make the Terror Supporting Country list and even Western Union has to cease transferring money down there.

Cut off funding, also immediately announce a 20% tax on all money wired to mejico and central america to pay for the added expense of dealing with them.

Thousands of people are walking towards our border with the intent of ignoring our laws and imposing themselves on our economic and social systems.
It should be a defining moment in any presidency, but, you're right, it's amplified with Donald Trump.
