No Party cannot vote for a republican or democratic candidate until the regular elections.

I don't agree with it, but it makes sense. The Party is choosing its candidate. The Party wants input from their Party members, aka those registered as members of their Party.

They should canvass their own members, not have the Government pay for that, or control it.

party affiliation only matters for the presidential primaries. In every other election you have an open primary where all candidates run and you get the top two

That's one thing I liked about Louisiana's election system. Run an open primary then place the top two candidates in a runoff. It's an interesting way to do it and it definitely has its advantages.

If that happened to me i would have picked the worst candidate. I think Biden is the worst, but i would have picked anyone but him

I had two friends in line to be tested for China Virus in Baton Rouge. They filled out the info and left before they were tested due to the wait.

A week later, they received their test results back in the mail that said they were positive.

How about that, positive without even testing.

A couple of years ago when I went to vote, I walked up to the table where there were four ladies checking IDs. I was asked if I was a democat or Republican. I said since I take a dim view of killing babies, you can put me down as a Republican. The lady that asked me just smirked, but two of the ladies who must have been Republicans smiled.

you are foolish to think the Republican party has your best interest in mind.

just like in 2016, the Republicans will thwart Trumps efforts to maintain the office of the Commander in Chief.

Geaux Trump

It’s fricked. You can vote for either trump or Biden in the main election, but what this is telling me is that they will absolutely switch things around.

Please let us go back to you can only vote if you are a man that owns land. Things were much simpler.

When it comes to the real Georgians you guys do it right vs the swamp. If I could up and move I’d move to Savanna and no place else.

This just highlights one thing screwed up in American politics... Registered party affiliation. Shouldn't who you vote for be anonymous?

The point is somebody stupid and biased that has a say in tracking votes THINKS it matters and did something about it. What happens if they stumble upon something that DOES matter?

Do you think Jesus is going to come down and visit them to tell them to stop?

Any reports of democrats finding that their party affiliation incorrectly shows Republican? Right, didn't think so. This kind of shite ALWAYS works in one direction.
