This is why the Dems want the investigation. You’ve seen how the FBI treated Trump. Trump needs the Supreme Court on his side when he exposes the deep state and the swamp goes after him.
If the GOP allows the investigation to occur the FBI will find SOMETHING to prevent confirmation even if they have to make it up.

Let them have their “investigation“. But, if any more allegations come out during or after the investigation I wouldn’t do shite about them

The FBI will come out with some 'inconclusive' findings and state that there could be some credibility to the accusations.

They've already got more lined up. I'd bet my life savings on it.
This is a delay tactic to drag this guy through the mud and cause more investigations and hearings.
Kavanaugh is about to have a bad week and he can thank his fellow republicans for it.

There is a reason that the Liberals are so eager to get this to the FBI. They have something in the works. Do you really think clears Kavanaugh it is going to change their vote in any way? Then why else would they want it to go to the FBI?

The scope specifically prohibits investigating any new allegations.
