The restaurant was closed at the time of the fire, though workers were still inside, and residents had to be evacuated before emergency services arrived to put out the fire. No one was injured and the fire didn’t result in major structural damage to the restaurant.

Setting fire to someone else's flag while it's attached to a building is Arson, not protected speech.

I hope they find her and she has an excellent lawyer. I would love to see this "hate crime" bullshite make it up to SCOTUS.
