The Fact that the Audit team never once accused anybody of wrong doing was great to see

Just getting to the facts of what happened.
At one point, the CN leader stated that there may be reasons for the issue, but Maricopa isn't answering questions.
You know.... Mistakes can be made without a nefarious intent. Just tell us how... what happened and we can move on as a nation.
