4By a vote of 224-206; 3 "Reps" voted for it; Reps. John Katko (R-NY), Tom Reed (R-NY), and Brian Fitzpatrick (R-PA)
Let's just see how equal it is:
1 - The bill would end the federal legal recognition of complementary male and female sex in favor gender identity...no mo girls and boys
2 - The bill would eliminate the traditional right to privacy of women and girls in public facilities, in favor, instead, of gender identity...yeah now a pervert can watch your little girl go to the bathroom
3 - The Equality Act would eviscerate women’s and girls’ sports.....this I don't care about bc the femnazis begged for this
4 - The Equality Act would be used to mandate school curricula that affirm and promote sexual orientation and gender identity views....you think it's bad now?
5 - The Equality Act would be used to remove custody rights from parents who refuse to have their minor children undergo transgender medical interventions and procedures....just HO LEE SHIT
6 - the Equality Act exempts itself from the Religious Freedom Restoration Act, religious schools, hospitals, and adoption agencies could face federal sanctions for upholding their teachings with regard to life, sexuality, and marriage under the legislation.....more HO LEE SHIT
7 - The Equality Act’s text that names a form of “discrimination on the basis of pregnancy” would be used to punish healthcare providers who refuse to perform an abortion or to outlaw policies that ban funding for the procedure

Let's just see how equal it is:

which is a huge minority, believe it or not. even though I have 2 little girls, I kinda am happy this passed- this will piss off millions and appease only a few coasters

Here's their ticket into your churches. Many religious schools are owned by churches. Once they successfully "uphold these sanctions" against one church, the door will swing open.

This is how they will come after private schools. Failure to teach the curriculum will result in removal of accreditation.
