This time for so-called Vaccine Misinformation. Next time what will it be?

Mentioned on Tucker tonight.

A lot of folks on this board ignore the Big Tech posts - better wake up. Big Tech and the DC establishment are counting on you to remain misinformed. For most of us, our elected officials rarely talk about it... that is because they support Big Tech status quo.

... being tracked every moment of your life by Big Tech is NOT freedom.

The solution to the monitoring of text and email messages by Big Tech is requiring two party consent, or consent of all in the text message - without a warranty and approved by a court. Ask your rep if he/she would go for that and then watch them change run from the topic.

Well, I guess I need to inform all the 'thought police' out there, that because of their fool's errand, Fascist bull*^&it...it won't be very long before they won't have to surreptitiously monitor people whose ideas and talk that THEY presume to be threatening. Those people are going to be shouting from the rooftops and bullhorns on the streets.

If one is going to be a bully...sooner or later, one had better be willing to take what one dishes out. "With what measure ye met, it will be metted again unto you" (Good Lord). I.e., f with a bull and get the horns.

Idiots. They are going to ruin it for all of us.

No. They don’t care what the law says. They do what they want with no consequence.

Judging by early replies I'd say people are scared to say what they feel.

Why are people scared?

Considering it takes a warrant and a subpoena to get text messages from a mobile carrier and nowhere in the user agreement you sign is there a consent to monitoring, this violates both the 4th amendment and the privacy act.

Mainly against nonleftists.

Actually, the last I checked, Yahoo and AOL still monitor emails messages (and I assume text messages) and IT IS in their terms. So, you you have a Yahoo email account and I have a Proton email account and I reply to your email, they read/monitor my email message too. Google did it for years.

I'll take it one step further... the 1986 Electronic Communications Privacy Act allows the FBI to read your emails if they are older then 6 months without a warrant. Of course, there was no Internet in 1986 and few for the most part We the People did not use email.

So I read the original Politico article that is referenced in the Daily Callers article. https://www.politico.com/news/2021/07/12/biden-covid-vaccination-campaign-499278

I can't find anywhere in that article where it says the Biden Administration is going to ask carriers to monitor text messages. It's not there.

I think Daily Caller is just shite stirring.

"Biden allied groups, including the Democratic National Committee, are also planning to engage fact-checkers more aggressively and work with SMS carriers to dispel misinformation about vaccines that is sent over social media and text messages."

POLITICO

SMS = text message
