Can’t the Biden administration waive executive privilege in that instance?
I could be wrong, but I thought executive privilege lay exclusively with the sitting POTUS. I’m sure SCOTUS will have to resolved the subpoena regardless though.

Adam Schiff has already said the secret service testimony (has to be the one about the secret service denying the steering wheel & the beast story) is not credible.
