Why leave off another column of 16,000 covid deaths? Then go ahead and add in the 11k-16k deaths which have yet to be added to the CDC data from the last 2-3 weeks. And you’re up around 60,000.

What has been “quietly updated?”

So up to a bad seasonal flu year that no one would even notice, let alone shut the world down over??
Why is that??

Read the fine print. You are wrong. There is a lag in their data.

So what? Is 60k ( mostly old people and others with other conditions) worth destroying the economy? Why wasn't everything shut down a couple years ago?
Serious question.

60k in less than a month with most of the country shut down.

less than a month with literally no kids in school and LOTS of people not at work.

You talking about ebola which killed ONE person in the US.

OR Swine flu which infected 51 million americans but killed only 4,000 in an entire year?

20% or more of the deaths aren’t Covid related. Plenty of padding took place.

Ok, for the sake of padding let's just cut it at 50%, in half

32k in a month with the entire country on lock down.

That okay?

Yes MAYBE COVID-19 is not as bad as the flu or other viruses but the only true comparison with COVID-19 to other diseases is if all the variables are the same. In that way you can make a really good comparison. We are in lock down mode for this virus but we weren't for the other viruses.

Literally every single point of evidence suggests that this is not the case.

the Flu kills 20-65K in a flu season?

And we have vaccines, and all the other goodies to fight it.

You starting to get It yet?

Cut that number in half and you might be near the real total

Is the flu season ONE month? I can't tell if you are agreeing with me or not...

So the flu kills that many in it's season with vaccines and decades of research.

COVID-19 (for the sake of discussion let's cut the death number in half, bc of padding since you dont want to believe official numbers and I get why) just killed 32k in less than a month, under full lockdown. No vaccine, no treatment, brand new virus we don't know much about. All data shows we drastically stopped the spread with the stay at home orders.

How many people would it be if we just continued as normal? Better or worse than the flu?
