Thread bumped as it appears that the time is right for some to weaponize this info.
Should be interesting...

With all the shite being thrown against the wall towards Trump, why is the issue below (which he is clearly a "part" of) not rammed down our throats (especially in the background of Pussy Grabbing)?

Hmmm?

The fact the mainstream media is relatively silent on this is pretty telling on many levels.

The one weird court case linking Trump, Clinton, and a billionaire pedophile
A woman suing in connection with Jeffrey Epstein’s underage sex ring claims she was first approached while working as a towel girl at Trump’s Mar-a-Lago resort.

NEW YORK—A woman who claims in a lawsuit that she was lured into a sex-trafficking ring run by billionaire Jeffrey Epstein contends that the depravity began at a Florida resort now known as the winter White House: Mar-a-Lago.

Virginia Giuffre’s civil suit, scheduled to go to trial here later this month, threatens to expose new details of a long-running saga tying together President Donald Trump, former President Bill Clinton, Labor Secretary Alexander Acosta, and other prominent figures, including Harvard Law professor Alan Dershowitz.

quote:

Giuffre, formerly Roberts, claims she was 15 and working as a towel girl at Trump’s posh Palm Beach club when she was recruited nearly two decades ago into sexual slavery by socialite Ghislaine Maxwell, then Epstein’s girlfriend.

Giuffre asserts in her complaint that Maxwell, the sole defendant in the suit and the daughter of late publishing magnate Robert Maxwell, routinely recruited underaged girls for Epstein and was doing so when she approached the $9-an-hour locker room attendant at Mar-a-Lago in 1999 about giving massages to the wealthy investment banker.

quote:

Epstein’s own lawyers once sought to capitalize on his ties to the former president, claiming during plea negotiations a decade ago that the financier “was part of the original group that conceived the Clinton Global Initiative

quote:

Many of the court filings in the Giuffre case have been almost completely blacked out in public court files. First Amendment advocates say the degree of secrecy is both uncommon and disturbing. “This is pretty unusual to see this level of redaction,” said Katie Townsend of the Reporters Committee for Freedom of the Press.

On Wednesday, Judge Sweet turned down Cernovich’s motion to unseal the court records. “Because of the sensitive nature of the materials designated as confidential, involving allegations of sexual abuse and trafficking of minors, and because we are mere weeks from assembling a jury for trial , the importance of leaving these materials protected…outweighs any public interest in their publication at this time,” the judge wrote.

Critics say the wholesale sealing goes far beyond what’s necessary to address that concern.

Trial date set for lawsuit against billionaire sex offender Epstein

WEST PALM BEACH
A trial that promises to offer the first public airing of convicted sex offender Jeffrey Epstein’s activities with teenage girls at his Palm Beach mansion is to be held in December, a Palm Beach County circuit judge agreed Thursday.

quote:

While attorney Jack Scarola, who represents Edwards, had put President Donald Trump on the witness list, he has said he won’t need Epstein’s fellow part-time Palm Beacher to prove his case. The legal hurdles he would face to try to force a sitting president to take the witness stand are unnecessary, he said.

“We can prove our case without Donald Trump’s testimony,” Scarola said in May.

Scarola claims Epstein sued Edwards in 2009 to punish him for representing roughly a half-dozen women against Epstein. The women claimed Epstein paid them for sexually charged massages at his mansion when some were as young as 14. Epstein eventually dropped his lawsuit against Edwards, but the state Supreme Court recently ruled Edwards could still pursue the 64-year-old politically connected money manager for malicious prosecution.

quote:

Details of Epstein’s lifestyle were expected to be divulged in a federal courtroom in May in New York City. But on the eve of trial, the defamation suit Edwards filed against Epstein’s longtime friend, British socialite Ghislaine Maxwell, was settled. The terms are confidential.

Edwards filed the suit on behalf of Virginia Giuffre, who previously came out of hiding to claim that in addition to abusing her, Epstein let his high-placed friends use her as a sex toy. The men Giuffre identified, who denied the allegations, included Great Britain’s Prince Andrew. She also said former President Bill Clinton was a regular visitor to Epstein’s estate in the Virgin Islands, where Epstein now lives. Flight logs from Epstein’s private jet show Clinton was a frequent flier.

Acosta acknowledged to the media in 2011 that he came under extreme pressure from Epstein's high-powered defense team, which included legal heavyweights such as Harvard law professor Alan Dershowitz, former Whitewater independent counsel Kenneth Starr and Florida criminal defense attorney Roy Black. Acosta said Epstein's defense mounted "a yearlong assault on the prosecution and the prosecutors."

"I use the word assault intentionally, as the defense in this case was more aggressive than any which I, or the prosecutors in my office, had previously encountered," the former U.S. attorney wrote. He said his office stuck to its opening position in the case, but he also acknowledged that the ultimate punishment in the case may have been more lenient than Epstein deserved.

I’ve known Jeff for fifteen years. Terrific guy,” Trump told New York Magazine for a 2002 profile of Epstein. “He’s a lot of fun to be with. It is even said that he likes beautiful women as much as I do, and many of them are on the younger side. No doubt about it — Jeffrey enjoys his social life.”

Fair enough (although it is not unreasonable to think one's opinion of a person changes over 8 to 15 years).

I argue to get all this stuff out in the open and let the chips fall where they may. ALL involved need to be prosecuted.

What say you?

Fight to reopen teen sex case against Jeff Epstein may set precedent LOCAL By Jane Musgrave - Palm Beach Post Staff Writer

quote:

WEST PALM BEACH — Nearly 10 years after billionaire Jeffrey Epstein signed a plea deal that let him escape federal prosecution on charges of sexually abusing dozens of teenage girls at his Palm Beach mansion, the 64-year-old politically-connected money manager faces the possibility that the agreement could be thrown out.

In court papers filed this month, attorneys representing two of the 30 young women prosecutors say Epstein molested lodged their final written pleas aimed at spurring U.S. District Judge Kenneth Marra to force federal officials to reopen their investigation into the sordid case.

quote:

The stakes for all crime victims are high, said attorneys Bradley Edwards and Paul Cassell, who filed the rare lawsuit against the federal government on behalf of two Jane Does who were 13 and 14 when they claim Epstein paid them for sex.

One of those possibly a Trump Mar A Lago employee (see posts above)

quote:

At the same time, the stakes are equally high for Epstein, who has ferried President Bill Clinton on his private jet and counts celebrities, such as Britain’s Prince Andrew, as friends.

quote:

As part of the unusual non-prosecution agreement, which wasn’t shared with victims for nearly a year while and after it was being negotiated, federal prosecutors agreed not to pursue charges that could have sent Epstein to prison for life. In exchange, Epstein in 2008 pleaded guilty in Palm Beach County Circuit Court to two Florida criminal charges — one count each of soliciting a minor for prostitution and soliciting prostitution. He served 13 months of an 18-month sentence in a vacant wing of the county stockade — a cell he was allowed to leave 16 hours a day, six days a week.

quote:

The government’s conduct here was particularly egregious, because it repeatedly found time to confer with attorneys for Epstein — the man who sexually abused the victims,” they said of emails and meetings between federal prosecutors, including U.S. Labor Secretary Alex Acosta, who was then U.S. attorney for South Florida.

For those paying attention...

I thought Weiner would be the first sacrifice made to the public. Weinstein appears to be the public spark who may enter into the psyche of the masses.

Epstein will hopefully have his day soon.

Epstein paid three women $5.5 million to end underage-sex lawsuits
Jane Musgrave Palm Beach Post Staff Writer
8:46 p.m Tuesday, Oct. 3, 2017

quote:

WEST PALM BEACH
Ending years of speculation about how much Palm Beach billionaire Jeffrey Epstein paid young women who claimed he used them as sex toys, court documents filed last week show he shelled out $5.5 million to settle lawsuits with three of more than two dozen teens who sued him.

quote:

Jack Goldberger, one of Epstein’s criminal defense attorneys, on Tuesday declined comment on the revelations, citing confidentiality agreements that were part of the settlements. For the same reason, he declined to say whether Epstein paid similar amounts to settle roughly two dozen lawsuits filed by other young women against Epstein, claiming he paid them for sex when some were as young as 14 years old.

yeah, something is pretty rotten here. The media is less of worry than the fact that epstein got off largely scott free despite raping children.

There have persistent rumors that this is being re-opened. I have no idea if that is true.

Agreed, TP. I suspect that all the big time Power Players know what is going on amongst their naughty brethren, and they tolerate immoral/borderline unlawful indulgence assuming that everybody pays big bucks to those they exploit. In one form or another.

Weinstein *exploited* ambitious women; book it...most of them knew what was coming. No problem, if the fame and money comes with the price.

As much as we need Trump, if I were Bannon...I'd counsel Trump to come clean, and sic Jeff Sessions on the whole bunch. And let Trump Nation see the facts and make an educated choice re Trump's continued leadership.

A bridge too far...most likely. Depending on Trump's culpability/liability.

As far as I know, no. Trump never rode on lolita express. No flight logs have ever shown his name. Prince Andrew, Fergie, Kevin Spacey, HRC have been rumored to have flown to the pedo island. Trump's involvement was a worker at one of his resorts was targeted.

I read most of the James Patterson book about Epstein, and it claims that Epstein was never a member of Mar-A-Lago, but he did hang around a bit. That is, until Trump caught word that Epstein was messing around with an underage daughter of a member. Patterson claims Trump called Epstein into his office, and told him that if he ever caught him on the grounds again that he'd press charges for trespassing.
