He is done.
Israel is so bad in this interview that CNN may have to actually focus on something other than an anti-2A narrative.
Sheriff denies any personal responsibility.
Says he was not belligerent toward the NRA during CNN's Townhall.
Admits he knew prior to the Townhall that Peterson stood by while Cruz was murdering kids and coaches in the school. Tapper then asked him is other deputies stood down as well. Israel ducked and dodged. Basically said his "investigators" were looking into "all that".
Said he was personally too busy doing "sherriffing" to review anything himself.
Depressingly incompetent.

I tried yesterday morning turning on Cuvato for a few min only to hear a 16 year old lecture to me about guns.

Tapper is pretty lock step with CNN to the extent that he won't bash Cuomo and those idiots even when he should.
But I expected that this Sheriff sitting on his own incompetence during Tapper's prolonged NRA bash session would piss Tapper off, and it appears it really has.
