The Biggest Lie Trump told America

“I will put together legislation for congressional term limits”
Hands down the biggest let down of this administration. Trump being the first outsider president has a real chance to change DC and he has utterly failed. There is a reason this promise was #1 on his 100 day agenda, he ran on draining the swamp and beating establishment politicians.
This entire board screamed to the high heaven for 2 years when trump was on the campaign trail to be anti establishment and rid congress of lifetime politicians sucking off the feet of the American tax payer.
Trump played us all. All it takes is 1 tweet to set in motion his position on term limits yet he won’t address this at all. The media is obviously kept silent on it because they don’t want the American people to push trump on the issue. I’m highly disappointed in our president. He has the chance to inact long term positive change in DC instead he has now positioned himself to pass short term bills and executive orders.

The only way term-limits would ever become law is through a constitutional convention brought about by 3/4 of state legistaures. 2/3 of the House and the Senate will never vote to stop their gravy train.

Can we not push them? I mean seriously trump brought something up zero politicians want to discus. Cruz already has a bill put together for term limits. Someone needs to market it. Trump can send a tweet every day from here to his term limit and push the electorate to make it a priority yet he won’t.
