Unfortunately it isn't. Knowing all along that Russian Collusion was a farce, the Democrats got exactly what the wanted out of this garbage. They took back the house and got some descriptors of obstruction acts in the final report and that's enough. They'll drag this into 2020 election season with hearings, subpoenas etc. They'll likely impeach him in the house, knowing it'll get quashed in the Senate but that's fine... "Senate Republicans run cover for corrupt Trump".

OP is half right. It's time for the wrecking ball to swing right back in their face but the attempted coup is never going to end until either
1. The Democrats take back the White House either legitimately or illegitimately.
2. The public backlash against the Democratic Party forces an enema into that whole party's inner workings.

As well as the progressive democrats and deep state RINO swamp rats. This will go on for at least through to the 2020 elections.
The only hope is aggressive investigation and prosecution of everyone involved in this coup. Even then it will be a race to lie, obfuscate, and deny to prevent the truth coming out before the elections. Once these people take power we will quickly become a tyrannical socialist oligarchy.
