Texans elected a complete pussy

quote:

Gov. Abbott: Bars must close at noon today, restaurants to reduce to 50%, outdoor gatherings limited

LINK

The implications of this will ultimately hurt trumps reelection chances. Texas economy was rebounding after the first shutdown.

Texashorn gets his wish. Economic collapse

This is all being done because of a rise in positive cases. Let alone the death rate is still remaining low. And there is zero data on the age/demographic of new hospitalizations.

Basically we have to wait until there is no sign of COVID-19 to open then, because that’s the only way that it won’t spread again.

Close down bars in Texas in the summer. I remember the summer of heat in Texas that cost my cousin his life. Shot on the sidewalk walking with his wife.

Not a fan of the move, but understand it...,. If it comes to strategic closures and rollbacks to “save face” and show Texas is trying to get it under control or us be barred traveling to other states and becoming the new Louisiana from 2 months ago, it has to happen.

Again, I think we need to get to herd immunity as quickly as possible and this just draws that out.

Things are about to get pretty bad in Houston. He doesn't want Texas to have New York type of numbers. Can't blame him.

He’s going to send positive people to nursing homes?

What’s about to be bad in Houston? Be specific in your reasoning and provide dada outside of positive cases up.

Every bar in TX should encourage people to gather for a sit-in protest ... now that they're closed and all of course.

The positive cases aren't just up a little in Houston. They're rapidly exploding.

The more important factor is hospitalizations and those seem to be increasing also.

No one is going to let us accomplish herd immunity.

But are they sick? Or just testing positive and feeling fine?
