In addition to covering her wedding costs, Robinson, a Democrat from a Memphis district elected in 2018, is charged with using the funds to pay for her honeymoon and pay legal fees for her divorce, the feds charge.
With the stolen money the lawmaker also paid for her daughter’s 2016 Jeep Renegade, home improvements, a $500 Louis Vuitton handbag and invested in a snow cone business run by her children, prosecutors and the FBI said.

There is no practical assumption of innocence when the Feds come after a politicians for stealing fed money. Thats about as a done deal as the sun coming up. She is pretty much fricked.

You can tell that this is how these people operate in general. It's just that she was "unfortunate" enough to get caught this time. Otherwise, saying she intends to continue operating "with the same integrity" (she's gonna keep doing it) makes no sense. Nor does it make any sense for her colleagues to go to bat for her when she got caught out.
