I hope it's not true, but I mentioned this possibility yesterday. People assume it's safe because it is OTC, but it can kill you quickly and painfully if you OD.

I was reading up on Tylenol yesterday and saw that suicide by Tylenol was a trend in Sweden for a while.

I mean there’s no way to confirm it, unless it pops up n the news. The Nursing exec isn’t going to reveal the name of a patient. She seems legit with a book and a website and all that, would seem to be a risk for her to just make shite up, but possible I guess.

I believe the rule of thumb is avoid any over the counter pain reliever that begins with an "A" such as Acetaminophen and aspirin.
Goody's and BC powders along with Excedrin Migraine are gut busters. All three contain acetaminophen, aspirin, and caffeine.
