This is true, but at the same time these orders are illegal. If they're going to continue this charade, they can expect more and more people to do shite like this simply to show how ridiculous it all is.
Sorry for the Target worker having to deal with it, but I still think it's funny and I would like to see more shite like this.

Don't need a link. HIPAA and the Americans With Disabilities Act are all the cover anyone needs. There are loads of disabilities that would cover a person not needing to wear a damn mask and the HIPAA laws disallow anyone from asking you to prove you have any sort of disability.
It is actually illegal to try and enforce a mask order.

Oh, I see he has already given his opinion. Well, let it be stated here and now that AggieHank is a terrible lawyer and he is wrong. HIPAA absolutely applies to this.

The ADA argument is at least sorta arguable, but it is a loser, too.

Target will bring what you ordered right to the curb.
That is a reasonable accomodation, meaning stores are free to keep you out if you are not following their rules, even with a disability, if you still have access to their goods and services.
This is only comlocated to those who are trying their hardest to refuse to understand.
