I was thinking the 14th was mostly used in the 'they are citizens' argument - Just re-read it and it does contain a 'due process' element.
DEMs have always used their interpretation of 'what the constitution really means' to legitimize their attacks on common sense, usually to take apart long standing traditions and fundamentals of our culture.
It is about time to apply 'due process' to their ani and instruct them on how to understand the King's English.
