The EPA needs to get fricked on all of this GHG nonsense. If the US Govt wants to regulate GHGs, congress needs to pass a LAW and quit using the damn CAA which is not the appropriate tool.
Certainly the Dems can find a few woke arse Republicans to join them in the cause.

It won't be released today. You have to believe that they wouldn't release it on a Friday and give the terrorist groups the ability to burn and pillage all weekend.

Typically, when a Friday is added the week of, it is one case announcement. It doesn't have to be, but that's the history.
Nine cases left. Three that I would consider big enough for a Friday drop.
WV vs. EPA
Bremerton
Dobbs

Just some random live stream i found outside the SC right now.
I watched some of it. I'm unfamiliar with Right Side Broadcasting Network, but the coverage is very good and very conservative. Per Wikipedia, they are based out of Auburn, Alabama.

That certainly may be the case but it’s very unusual to have a friday release date. You could easily have the standard mon/wed before they leave next week. They don’t change things up just for the hell of it. They are creatures of habitat, especially on big issue things.

First up, Becerra v. Empire Health Foundation, For Valley Hospital Medical Center (Kagan)
The case concerns whether HHS had the authority to change the hospital reimbursement formula when a federal court ruled that the statute was clear regarding how the agency should calculate those payments.
Held 5-4: In calculating the Medicare fraction, individuals “entitled to [Med- icare Part A] benefits” are all those qualifying for the program, regard- less of whether they receive Medicare payments for part or all of a hos- pital stay.
