Brian Troyer needs to be harassed and have his life ruined. If a conservative administrator asked a liberal student bullshite personal questions like that he’d be buried to his neck and stoned to death

To which my response would be..."Is this new criteria for entrance into your university? If so, you have yet to update your entrance/admission criteria and I was accepted prior to said criteria. If no, then I decline to answer this question. Followed by, "Are you contacting all incoming students to ask them their stance on this particular issue or are you singling me out based on my skin color?"

I’m not sure that’s true hoss. If courts can force a baker to bake gay wedding cakes, than I think a conservative who had her university acceptance threatened for her political beliefs has a case.

That’s not how it works, they are still classified as a private university which means they essentially have the ability to do as they please regarding admissions. They are not a government entity and therefore, do not fall under the scope of the first amendment, same as private businesses.

SCOTUS ruled in favor of the baker... Its settled law the the first amendment does not apply to private schools.
