Love it.
I have received elite level shitty service twice in my life. Once at Starbucks and once at Subway.
I don't even drink coffee, but on vacation one year, I went to get something for my wife really early. I didn't know the exact jargon and this 20-something barista called me a moron unprovoked. I said excuse me and she said she didn't have time for idiots. I apologized for my confusion and left without coffee. Later in the day, I called and spoke to a manager who just didn't seem like she cared one way or the other.
Starbucks is the only purveyor that is completely banned from receiving my money. The Subway story had nothing to do with Subway, it was just the location. I love Subway. I believe I will eat lunch there today.
