I bought a shirt at the beach a couple of weekends ago that has that flag across the back and says below it:
THE ORIGINAL REBEL FLAG! 1776
Talk about triggering some folks. I wore it out in public and got an equal measure of thumbs up / smiles and people pointing and whispering.

I'm going to go out on a limb and say that Rush Limbaugh doesn't have an affiliation with Nike.
The money is all going to charity, so I don't see a problem.
