California people are the stupidest on earth. The smart ones have been watered down by tens of millions of idiots bringing their collective intelligence, as their voting and their elected officials votes have shown, to new levels of leftist idiocy.

The poverty rate poster doesn’t appear to be close to accurate:

Poverty Rates by State, Federal District, and Territory

29 California 13.3%

Maybe you should check the index of human shite collectors and see which state ranks first in having to pay people six figure salaries to clean the human feces out of the damn street

This is misleading because the OPM doesn't very by geographic region. Poverty calculation should be different in California vs Mississippi, but it's not.

And the eighth largest economy in the world. You accidentally forgot that, right?

California is a net contributor to the national coffers and states like LA, MS, AL, GA, SC, TN, KY, and AR are net takers. California pulls its own weight and our Southern states mostly do not.

I live in California and while the cost of living is quite high, living rent free in your heads makes up for it.
Seriously, there is at least one post a day about California. That shite cracks me up.

shite, if I was California, I'd want to end that. Keep revenues away from hicks and run the state how the citizens see fit.

Sounds like we should slash tax funded programs until all states pull their weight. Or tax Californians much much higher rates.

The recent tax law changes have made significant numbers of Californians and New Yorkers and New Jerseyites pay higher taxes due to state and local tax deduction caps.

Isn't it almost entirely due to a limit on property tax deduction? Finally, those bourgeoisie can't escape their contributions anymore through loopholes.

It is great comic relief. And it helps me appreciate the state I live in even more.

State pride is a wonderful thing. If you think your residence is great; cool, then coast. If you think it sucks, but still love it; you should do your damndest to improve it.

In other words, they’re getting exactly what they want, right?! They consistently vote for Dems, who love them some tax raises..so what’s the problem?!

California is pretty damn close to perfect. I am actually happy to pay taxes here. I should probably be more active in keeping it great. It’s easy to complacent.
