I know you John Hagee type thumpers love Israel more than you do America but I have some news for you. Israelite's in Israel do not give two shits about Americans or Christianity.
Also, Biblical 'Israel' and modern day Israel are two completely different things. Israel is also a Welfare State that exists solely because of The United States Military and Treasury. Removed those two things and Israel would be destroyed in a matter of months.
Oh, and it is completely ok to not kowtow, worship, or even care about Israel. Not caring one way or the other about Israel or the Jewish Faith does not make one anti-Semitic even though we are conditioned to think such. I have no problem with Israel existing on it's own and being self sufficient the problem in they have been suckling on America's teet for over 70 years.

Once again, some sort of message can be found somewhere in there. Talk about "biting the hand..."
Met an Afrikaaner couple on the Northshore who stated outright that the major role in the selling out of the Afrikaaners was being done by DeBeers.
This was quite a few years before the turnover and the "Sullivan Principle" threat was still in effect.
Also, some years after it was all done, a Frontline special validated what was told to us by the South Africans about DeBeers.
BTW, try finding that episode now on the Net. Haven't as yet.

Since the end of apartheid in South Africa that country has become worse, not better. They went from a troubled modern 1st world country to a 3rd world fringe country.
If you look at most nations, the 70s to mid 80s were a high point the end of the Cold War seems to been been a tipping point toward our decline as a civilized planet. The rise of African nationalism, the spread of communism/socialism, the rise of the Muslim fundamentalist in the Middle East, end of American greatness. All began with the end of the Cold War.
