This is sick. And barbaric. And it seems that no one in our media is talking about it, so I figure I’d at least mention it.
South Africa’s ruling party wants to amend their constitution so that they can go ahead and start seizing land – mostly from white farm owners. The whole “amend-the-constitution” thing hits close to home, because I hear of people wanting to do that here (in the U.S.) all the time, and it makes my stomach turn.
I suppose it’s convenient for the “ruling class” to be able to take land where they see fit – it’s just not so neat for the white farmers getting their family land taken away from them by force when those (white) landowners refuse a sh*tty offer of one-tenth of what the land is actually worth. And oh yeah – they’re getting murdered in the process:"
How about some sanctions on South Africa?
Crickets from the left.
Oh, and God Bless Vladimir Putin and Russia for offering them asylum.

Of course they don't care. Black on white opression and crime is social justice.

They are in the process of self inflicting "sanctions." Just wait till they are incapable of running a farm and they start starving.

Tucker said they contacted the State Department about the SA situation. He teased for tonight’s show by saying “you wouldn’t believe what they said”

i watched laura loomer's 'farmlands' on youtube last night and it was very depressing.
she actually went out to the farms where people have been killed and crazy shite like one family's 12yo boy was drowned/boiled alive.
the government covers it up.
frick south africa.

When the "government" there runs everything into the ground, you'll see commercials on Sunday afternoons begging for donations to help them out.
But Somalia taught us a lesson for a couple of generations about interfering in that part of the world.

Did you feel the same during apartheid when the government was also oppressive and brutal?

Honestly I care about as much for this as I did with the #saveourgirls thing Michael Obama did.

I set the over under on number of years before starvation/food inflation kicking in at 4.5 years. Or is that too long?

Gotta be honest, I don't care
People have known this was coming, they should have already left the country

South Africa's president declares it is time to 'correct a past wrong' by grabbing land from white farmers as £10m hunting lodge is targeted for seizure by the state
President Cyril Ramaphosa wants to take land from white farmers to redistribute
Johan Steenkamp and Arnold Cloete own the Akkerland Boerdery hunting range
They have only been offered £1million for their farm, a tenth of the price
Mr Steenkamp said he was 'given seven days to hand over the keys to his farm'
He has now obtained an injunction to prevent the seizure and will go to court

President Cyril Ramaphosa (pictured) wants to force the pace of land reform
South Africa's president has declared it is time to 'correct a past wrong' by seizing land from white farmers - and a £10million family ranch is among his first targets.
President Cyril Ramaphosa wants to take lands from white farmers without compensation and redistribute them to black farmers to make up for the injustice of apartheid.
He said at a farmers' conference on Monday that land reform was necessary to 'correct a past wrong.'
'It has required that we confront the injustices of the past, acknowledge our weaknesses and shortcomings, and seek a sustainable path towards a just and inclusive future,' Ramaphosa said.
'This is the time for South Africans to find each other, not fight each other.'
Since the 1994 end of apartheid - a system of racial segregation - the South African ruling party has followed a 'willing-seller, willing-buyer' model under which the government buys white-owned farms for redistribution to black farmers.

So it will be just like most other mid-African countries. Won’t be surprised.

What does this have to do with the American left? Republicans control Congress and the presidency. Shouldn't they be the ones responsible? Why do you have to keep putting everything on the Democrats as a scapegoat?
