Was their any physical documentation of said Noose? Was it laying in the ground, from a ceiling rafter, laying over a tool box?! Any info other than “ it was found in his garage stall”.

Bubba's performance at this level is mainly due to the equipment he's driving. Richard Petty's shite sucks.
Put Bubba with Hendrick, Stewart, or Penske equipment and he has a win by now.
I've followed his career for a long long time. This current bullshite is totally out of character for such a well rounded kid that comes from a good family.
