I think it's way more than 50/50, but I doubt Wallace was a part of it. It's a lot more likely that this is some SJW "changing the world for the better". A less likely scenario is it's someone on a team who is a SJW "changing the world for the better".
If Bubba or any of his team is involved in this I would be very surprised.

Generally, no.
The feds don't even get involved with most real crimes, they're local.... you don't see the feds investigating all these animals attacking whites.
