Interdiction teams ain't no joke bra...there training is lighter but they are still badass.
Coast Guard gets a lot of shite but they got a bunch of badasses. Check out this article where their snipers beat out the USMC, Delta and Seal Team 1.

What would they have done if that sub deep dived? Coasties are some tough gents. The ones that see the women and children dead in place from dehydration on makeshift boats escaping Havana, these guys, as well as divers-rescuers have my full respect.

They're not subs. They're called semi-submersibles so they can't dive. They just sit low in the water
