People on Twitter giving POTUS a hard time for "smiling" while visiting the hospital. WTF is wrong with these people?
I am glad this young lady is happy along with her family. Regardless of her or her parent's political views, I am happy to see her getting attention from POTUS and FLOTUS.
BTW, FLOTUS looking good as usual.
