The way doctors are being vilified, I can see a large portion of Trumpers forgoing all medical treatment in the next decade. Or at least waiting until it's too late

FYI, only 15% of US doctors belong to the AMA exactly because of BS like this. The AMA is nothing but a shill for leftists. Even the 15% membership figure is misleading, because it includes Interns/Residents/Fellows who are automatically signed up as members by their training programs.
So you'd do well to not assume anything coming from the AMA represents practicing physicians. It doesn't.

If your doctor has spent more time telling you to get a shot than they have spent time telling you to lose weight and get back in shape… then that should tell you all you need to know.
If they arent preaching diet and exercise (in addition to modern medicine where necessary) then you know they arent interested in your health.

Don't be stupid. Everything you wrote is hogwash. Most doctors are very sharp, although I've come across some duds. The doctors I know get no kickbacks from drug companies. They get a free meal or tickets to a ball game every now and then. If you call that kickbacks, then my profession, Engineering, takes kickbacks also.
