The transcripts and police cam footage don't necessarily exonerate the police in this situation, but they definitely make it harder to prove intent. Chauvin and his partners will likely be found not guilty and, when they are, it will lead to a fresh storm of riots nationwide. And while the people who are actually doing the rioting are the most culpable, they have been aided by a willing media from the beginning. The media has proven beyond a shadow of a doubt that they are the enemy of the American people.

The guy with the knee on the back of his neck for 9 min is fricked. No way about that. Murder? Doubtful.

Like I have said from the beginning, they overcharged. He's going to get off.

This is by design. It's precisely why The Raper elevated those charges, because he knew it would never stick and the result would be more outrage and chaos

I think the police likely get convicted of manslaughter. I don't think they can get convicted of murder unless the jury is tainted.

I believe in MN you can convict of lesser than original charge if the jury so chooses. I don't think overcharging is an issue in MN but I could be remembering wrongly.

It was all part of the plan. They knew there's no way a murder charge was going to stick. The overcharging was by design.

Which is why he may not be fricked.

Because they prosecutor will go for murder and, any lawyer will tell you, over charging makes stepping down a lot harder.

Purposefully. A mad populace is way more useful than actual justice.

Overcharging was intentional.

First overcharging makes the mob feel good.

Second when Chauvin beats the overcharge (he will because it is designed that way) the mob will declare "no justice no peace" and riot again.

Only if it happens prior to the election. After the election, all will be forgotten, no matter the outcome.

They "can" do so.

But, here's the problem. If you make the correct charge, you spend the entire trial trying to prove THAT charge.

If you charge for murder, you run the risk of proving neither.

You mean he wasn't a gentle giant and isn't deserving of sainthood or a statue?

The reason why the Democrats and their mass media never stop accusing Trump of lying is because everything that Dems stand for sits on a Throne of Lies. EVERYTHING.

At some point in the future, Dems will have total political power. At that point, the entire Regime will sit on a Throne of Lies.

They were waiting all year like vultures waiting to jump on white on black killing.

The Amaud Abery situation didn't get enough result and has been quickly forgotten, after the Floyd case and whatever the name of the Wendy's sleeper in Atlanta happened.

The problem with the case is they have nothing that proves the knee did anything. People are also assuming he has a certain level of force applied. He could have easily been applying almost no force.

Sounds like the guy was on drugs and I am unsure how this has come to be some form of a racial issue. Sad that the ambulance did not get there sooner.
