So Ohio new math has consequences
Posted by Deplorableinohio on 4/28/21 at 2:45 pm140
DeWine weeks ago said all mandates would be gone when new cases per 100,000 dropped to 50/100,000 for 14 consecutive days.
So if you take the state’s new daily cases, divide by 11 million, and then multiply by 100,000, you get 10-20/100,000 in every county for the last month. So why are mandated still in effect? New math.
Ohio sums 14 days of new cases, divides that number by 11 million, and multiplies by 100,000. That’s has been, and will always be greater than 50/100,000.
So now DeWine is considering changing the metric to percent of population vaccinated.
This will never end. And he’s a republican. Rino from the kasich mode to be sure.
Outdoor kids sports like baseball and softball still require social distancing and masks in woke counties.
Time to rebel.

Ohio got the union sickness. Makes being a RINO much easier. Need to invest in some tar. His dad's not a mailman, is he?

So they're taking the rate of infection per 100,000 but instead of calculating it over the course of per day infections they're calculating it over the course of the past 2 weeks?

Texas is down to about 10.7 cases per day per 100,000. When the governor called off mask mandates, it was 16.9 per day.
The highest was 103.4 per day per 100,000.
The highest was 103.4 per day per 100,000.

Seems like other than the dugout they'd already be distanced just due to the nature of the sport

Experts said the bodies would be stacked high like fire wood after the governor opened the state for business and removed the mask mandate. Some experts!
