She's been doing this for the last month. Multiple appearances on XiNN and even visiting the masticating bovine on The View.

It's not new. She flipped, and it happened pretty suddenly. I've been watching her most staunch (now former) supporters on socials absolutely lambast and excoriate her for weeks.

I'm sorry to the people here still defending her with the whole "she's more America-First than almost everyone" talking point, but they haven't been paying attention for the last month or so. And now MTG comes out with a statement about fearing for her life and "understanding how the #metoo women felt", giving more fuel to yet another progressive narrative? She's controlled. Don't know if someone got to her or if she just collapsed on her own, but she's off the reservation and simply existing to seek attention from wherever she can get it now. And since all the mainstream liberal narrative control apparatus networks and publications have latched onto this whole "Trump and MTG falling-out" story, of course she'll get the most attention from the most blatantly liberal entities.
