Private business. Protest when you aren't at work.

Dolphins are exercising their First Amendment rights. It would be a defeat for the First Amendment if the franchise is forced by the government to allow employees to convey an objectionable message while on duty.

So you should be allowed to show up at work and protest freely, about things that have zero to do with work, on company time, with an audience, and it be fine?

The NFL was okay with it until it actually started costing them money. You can’t blame a business for protecting its brand, otherwise what’s the point.

No it’s not, and I know you’re trolling. They died to make sure you don’t go to jail for it.

Answer this honestly. What would happen to you if you showed up to Popeyes for work, and decided to share your views on sports betting to every costumer that came through the drive through?
