Dude needs to fry. He wielded his power to prop up illegal activities when committed by DIMS, and used his agency to conduct criminal witch hunts, because DIMS wanted to take down a Republican

ABC News
quote:

McCabe authorized the criminal inquiry after a top Democrat on the Senate Judiciary Committee, Sen. Patrick Leahy, D-Vermont, and then-Sen. Al Franken, D-Minn., wrote a letter in March 2017 to the FBI urging agents to investigate "all contacts" Sessions may have had with Russians, and "whether any laws were broken in the course of those contacts or in any subsequent discussion of whether they occurred."

quote:

McCabe oversaw a federal criminal investigation into whether Sessions lacked candor when testifying before Congress about contacts with Russian operatives, sources familiar with the matter told ABC News.

And yet Mueller finds that Sessions did nothing wrong
quote:

"The Special Counsel's office has informed me that after interviewing the attorney general and conducting additional investigation, the attorney general is not under investigation for false statements or perjury in his confirmation hearing testimony and related written submissions to Congress," attorney Chuck Cooper told ABC News on Wednesday.

Its almost like McCabe should have been fired, and Comey is defending a POS as the embodiment of all thats good in the FBI.

Let me guess...

McCabe firing was politically motivated and we should ignore the IG and OPR.

Here's the full quote from ABC...

quote:

Nearly a year before Attorney General Jeff Sessions fired senior FBI official Andrew McCabe for what Sessions called a "lack of candor," McCabe oversaw a federal criminal investigation into whether Sessions lacked candor when testifying before Congress about contacts with Russian operatives, sources familiar with the matter told ABC News.

So, he did it before he was on the hot seat.

Yea, this story isn’t nearly as big as op says it is

Case was shuttered many months ago. Sessions wasn’t even aware

And . . . . ?

He opened a CRIMINAL investigation just because he got a letter in the mail from DIMs, and yet let Hillary off the hook, plus took 675K from one of her top aides for his wife to run as a DIM?

Does it matter when he was on the hot seat? Because he was clearly trying to permanently neuter the man that put him in said seat

Sessions may be a lot of things, but a Russian spy he is not. One would have to have a serious case of trump derangement syndrome to ever take sessions as a traitor. Seems to be the case considering the reps that sent the letter.

Hopefully he included some justification in his memos that he turned over to Mueller.

Does anyone else think he did this just to be able to allege obstruction of justice if fired?

Mueller should be able to sort it out. Reuters had a piece out this weekend citing 3 sources saying that Sessions wasn't truthful to investigators about "pushing back" on the Papadapolous plan for campaign-Russia engagement. Lots of "lack of candor" to be sorted through.

Until these ideological drones prove otherwise they are Dims! They don't deserve to be called democrats, liberals or Dems, they have earned the moniker of Dim by virtue of their behavior and the absolute nonsense they spew daily.

How was he glossing over that point? How could that be good for what you are suggesting?

quote:

Does it matter when he was on the hot seat? Because he was clearly trying to permanently neuter the man that put him in said seat

So he was trying to permanently neuter someone who was going to put him on the hot seat a year later?

Either McCabe was clairvoyant, or you missed the deductive-reasoning boat.

I think it’s big in that it points to a systemic web of “investigating” political enemies using the police state based on nothing more than an accusation.

This is incredibly dangerous and unconstitutional territory. It’s shite like this that used to separate us from the banana republics.
