I'm with you. Even Rand Paul said he would consider voting yes if we had some accounting of how the money was spent. We all know why the 40 billion is being sent to Ukraine and it's not to help the Ukrainians.

This is because most of the $40 million is going to be laundered and sent back to the politicians that approved of the aid.

In the meantime, the US Government is forcing the State of Louisiana to sue thousands of poor people in Louisiana almost 2 decades late for FEMA elevation grants used in accordance with their instructions.

Yes because our politicians send 40 billion of our tax dollars to Ukraine then get 35 billion back to put in their personal accounts after it has been properly laundered.
