Years of complaints of Obama's executive orders and Trump fires off this EMD and everyone is happy? He is raiding Military funds when he talk so much about our depleted underfunded military ? This is a bad idea and sets a hell of a precedent and will end up in a court battle he might will not win.

Yes. I always disapprove of power being used to promote communism (Obama). I always approve of power being used to oppose communism (Trump).
