So, is tax reform dead now that Corker is openly insulting Trump?

If Corker and McCain vote 'no' out of spite, then there is no room for error. Thoughts?

If Trump gets every Democrat to vote NO on cutting taxes.... that's a Yuge win in 2018

Either way, Trump can't lose. Get the votes and he gets a legislative W to campaign on. Don't get the votes and he has ammo to oust Dems and GOPe swampers next year.

Yes. It's dead. Corker and McCain will make sure of that.

The UniParty wants Trump dead. If the GOP has to take a big hit to make that happen, so be it. After all, the Republicans have no problem with losing because if they lose they don't have to work hard, be leaders and actually do something other than talk, talk, talk. They hate when they have to lead -- it's too much work for them.

If they do that and tax reform fails, Trump only grows stronger.

They already know they aren't coming back for another term. I would not be shocked if they did something so classless as to take it out on the American public just to "stick it to the man".

If Corker and McCain vote 'no' out of spite, they are tiny men, and will be remembered that way.

McCain has said he doesn't vote out of spite and votes based on the legislation in front of him, so I don't think he's a definite No right now. And he's voted in line with Trump and the GOP already over 90% of the time.

Who knows on Corker.

This point is very important for everyone to keep in mind:

-- When you observe with a clear eye the deep level of personal hatred that Establishment Republicans and Democrats hold in them for Trump, always, always remember THIS -- unless you also despise Trump, they despise YOU too. They very deeply despise all voters who help make Trump possible.

Single dad with 3 kids...

The increase in the standard deduction was not enough to offset the loss of the personal exemption.

The worst thing Trump could do is actually pass this thing and have the middle class find out most of them are getting a tax increase in the runup to the election.

How did you determine most of the middle class would be getting a tax increase? Specifics, please.

All the other cuck GOPers better be leaning on those idiots hard to pass tax reform, or else they are all fricked in 2018.
